Comment: Received item promply and in good condition. ***You have to bore your own holes to attach it to the table!! *** Invest in a cobalt drill bit. The adaptor plate was the wrong size for my router, called BenchDog and they sent the "correct one" immediatly. He warned me that they were having problems fitting my router to the plate [Bousch 1619 EVS]. Sure enough, none of the holes lined up. I had to mark and bore the plate myself and countersink. Everything else looks good. Preparing to build drawers after I finish this.

Summary: Bench Dog ProMax Cast Iron Router Table Extension
Comment: I added the Bench Dog ProMax cast iron router table extension to my 30-year old Rockwell Unisaw. I spaced it to the left of a new Delta cast iron saw table extension. This is a very nice combination. It is supported by my old Biesmeyer 8-foot long guide rails. The support is critical, so add what is necessary for all of this cast iron on the left of the saw.
The Bench Dog fence came damaged but was replaced by Bench Dog after a call to the factory. I called Amazon first and they were very concerned and appologized for the problem even though it was likely packaged as damaged, and was certainly not Amazon's problem. They gave me the Bench Dog number, and the rest is history. Thank you Amazon.
Bench Dog is a very quality oriented company. Still ok after the purchase by Rockler, hope they stay that way Rockler. The Bench Dog parts are extremely well made. The only part not made in the US is the cast iron table, but it is also very finely made and machined. Bench Dog does a great job.

Summary: Wonderful Space Saver
Comment: I bought this when I replaced my 35 year old table saw with a Jet JPS10 Hybrid (both from Amazon). The installation was very easy, 3 bolts on the side of the table. I called ProMax to check if any other support was required. They assured me that the 3 bolt installation was all that was required.
I've been using it for about 6 months. One of the best tools I own.
1. It saves the space required for a separate router table.
2. It's incredibly handy, right next to the table saw. I now use the router table twice as much as before.
3. It's built like a brick outhouse. The aluminum fence is very easy to use and accurate.
I highly recommend it for any serious woodworker with a small shop.

Comment: This is obviously not a review, rather a question. Does anyone know if this compatible with a left tilt saw? I have emailed Bench Dog for the last 6 months but no response.

You can have all the award winning features of ProTop router tables on your table saw. With the exclusive mounting system, installation is clean and professional. Includes a phenolic ProPlate, mounting brackets, and fence. The fence comes with a dual position bit guard, quick adjust sliding subfences, front and back t-slots, built-in dust collection, and built-in jointing settings of 1/32 and 1/16 inch. The fence accepts the optional FR400/100 fence riser attachment. The dust port fits all standard 2-1/2-inch shop vac hoses. The RT250 fits most contractor and cabinet style table saws with "t-square" style fences, as well as most late model Sears and Rigid table saws equipped with front and back aluminum rails. Older saws, and saws equipped with Vega or Delta Unifences, will require additional hardware you buy on your own or that is available in the UM250 kit. Individual components are not sold separately. Made in the USA.
